Founded in 2013, Calista Furniture Sdn. Bhd. specializes in the production of high-quality fashionable furniture, while Vittel Furniture Sdn. Bhd., established in 2017, is a furniture trader. Both companies cover and supply to the entire market in West Malaysia.

Our company is located in Shah Alam. Both Calista Furniture Sdn. Bhd. and Vittel Furniture Sdn. Bhd. have their production plants and warehouses. There are two manufacturing plants covering a land area of about 20,000 square feet.

Make to Order (MTO)
Make to order, brand new production, more durable
For all types of furniture launched, Calista Furniture provides furniture retail stores with samples, product catalogs and fabrics for consumer reference at the time of purchase. When a buyer places an order, we will only initiate production after receiving the order from the furniture store.
By adopting the ‘make-to-order’ business model, we aim to provide consumers with better quality furniture. In other words, every set of furniture is newly manufactured after receiving the order, not old stock that has been kept in the warehouse for one or two years.
Customization
Customized furniture to flaunt your exclusive taste
Besides dozens of fixed best-selling designs, Calista Furniture also takes customized furniture orders from housing development projects (e.g. bed frames, sofas or dining chairs which are included in the projects) as well as customized mass production per ready designs provided by customers.
For each customized production order, we will produce according to the design styles, material requirements and specifications provided by the customer. The batch production will include manpower and raw materials.
Warranty
Reasonable warranty period for safer use of consumer
Calista Furniture produces stylish furniture that comes with a reasonable warranty, the coverage of which includes wooden frames, fabrics and springs of the furniture. The warranty covers damages that are not man-made or due to vandalism.
There are different ways to deal with damaged furniture within the warranty period. In some cases, a damaged set is replaced with a new set on a one-to-one basis. In some cases, it is sent back to the factory for repair. In general, a reasonable warranty period ranging from 3 months to 1 year is accorded to buyers.
For warranty claims made by consumers, as long as the damages fall within a reasonable scope and are not man-made in nature, we will always try our best to deal with them leniently.

Calista Furniture has its own specialized manufacturing facility. The factory is divided into different zones, such as cloth or leather cutting area, tailoring area, wooden area, glue spraying area, assembly area, packaging area etc.
We have a technical team consisting of dozens of experienced technicians, every one of whom holds a specific position and performs specific duties. Having received professional technical training, they can all work independently. They collaborate in splendid team spirit to manufacture every set of furniture.
In addition to having sophisticated production lines, the company also ensures that the production environment is tidy and hygienic, allowing employees to work in a safe, hygienic environment, so that the technicians can exert their skills to the fullest to produce high-quality and durable fashionable furniture.
